3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must all be met:
- The item must be in its original, resalable condition: unused, unopened, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
- The item must not be a final sale item, custom-made, or otherwise marked as non-returnable.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, show signs of wear, are missing parts, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Important: No “Refund Only” Policy
We explicitly state that we do not offer “partial refunds,” “refunds without return,” or allow customers to keep the item and receive a refund. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you must follow the official return procedure outlined below and send the item back to us. Only upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item will we process any applicable refund or exchange.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 30 days of delivery, email us at palebluo@stationerygem.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Mail the package to our returns address provided above. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
6. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it (typically within 5-7 business days) to verify it meets the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
- If the return is approved, we will proceed with your chosen resolution (refund or exchange).
- If the return is rejected because the item does not meet our conditions, we will notify you via email. The item may be shipped back to you at your cost, or you may arrange for its collection at your expense.
7. Refunds (After Approved Return)

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference after the return is approved. 9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs for such cases and will promptly arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original shipping) at your discretion.
10. Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as clearance or heavily discounted products, may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
